Efi Studios offers a quaint retreat in Pollonia, Milos, ideal for families and couples seeking a quieter experience away from crowded tourist spots. The location itself is a major plus, just a short stroll from beautiful beach coves. During our five-night stay, the studio was well-appointed with essential facilities such as tea and coffee amenities, a flat-screen TV, cookware, and kitchen utensils. The spacious patio was a pleasant feature, along with a strong shower that exceeded our expectations for comfort. Our experience was marred by a significant issue: the air conditioning ceased to function on the second day. Despite the staff’s efforts, a simple fan was the only solution offered, leaving us uncomfortable for our final night. While the hotel management expressed appreciation for our understanding, they were unwilling to offer compensation for the inconvenience. This raises concerns regarding their commitment to customer satisfaction, as it seems they may not take full responsibility for service failures. In summary, the appealing location and thoughtful amenities are matched by a cautionary note regarding service reliability. Guests might want to weigh the balance between luxury and value before deciding on Efi Studios for their stay.
